1.If this machine with laser module, rotatory and air pump?Every options are different configuration, all options will with laser head, but except rotatory and pump you have to choose the options with it, some option not included rotatory and pump pls note, when you select different options it will display different included parts.
2. What materials can this machine work for?This is depend on different laser power,normally can work on: Wood/MDF/acrylic/PVC/PCB/bamboo/plastic/stone/fabric/EVA foam/carton/ceramics/oxidation aluminum/glass/stainless steel, different power laser can do different job, pls read the parameter test sheet in the description.

9.Can this machine work with other laser?Yes,but for laser which support pmw/ttl signal, if you connect other type laser which unknow brand you had better know the wiring method, but ofcourse we will give you advise.
10.If this machine containing MDF bottom board or the honeycomb like the picture display?No, that is the effect pictures, it is not included in the order.
11.Will support instruction and software?Yes, you will got a manual in the box and we send software download link.
